Procurement
We source every component through vetted, long-term manufacturer relationships — ensuring tier-1 quality, competitive pricing, and supply continuity from contract to commissioning.
The right components, at the right time
Eturn's procurement function is built around long-term manufacturer partnerships — not spot-market buying. That means consistent access to tier-1 stock, negotiated price frameworks, and priority allocation during periods of supply constraint.
We specify, order, and logistics-manage every component from module to mounting hardware. By the time installation begins, every item is on-site, inspected, and ready to fit — eliminating the delays that erode project margins.
Full-scope component sourcing
Modules, inverters, mounting, cabling, protection, and BESS components — all managed through a single procurement interface.
Tier-1 Component Selection
We only specify modules, inverters, and storage components from manufacturers with proven bankability ratings, long track records, and active EU warranties.
Manufacturer Partnerships
Long-term framework agreements with leading suppliers — including SolarEdge, Fronius, SMA, LONGi, and Schletter — give us priority access and negotiated pricing.
Technical Specification
Procurement is always driven by our engineering design — we specify the exact components needed, not generic equivalents, to ensure the system performs as modelled.
Logistics & Delivery Management
We coordinate inbound freight, customs clearance (where applicable), and site delivery scheduling to ensure components arrive when and where they're needed.
Incoming Quality Inspection
Every delivery is checked against the bill of materials and inspected for transport damage before signing off. Defective items are replaced before they reach the roof.
Warranty Management
We maintain full warranty documentation for every component we supply and act as the single point of contact for warranty claims throughout the system's life.
From specification to site delivery
Our procurement process is tightly integrated with design and installation scheduling — so the right material lands on-site at exactly the right moment.
Bill of Materials
Engineering hands over a full BOM with precise specifications. We review for value-engineering opportunities without compromising on quality or warranty coverage.
Supplier Selection & Pricing
We query our partner network, compare lead times and pricing, and select the optimal combination for the project's schedule and budget.
Order Placement & Confirmation
Purchase orders are placed with confirmed delivery windows. All orders are linked to the installation programme so delivery slots are reserved in advance.
Logistics Coordination
We track every shipment, coordinate with site management on delivery windows, and arrange unloading and temporary storage as needed.
Incoming Inspection & Sign-Off
On delivery, our team checks quantities, verifies serial numbers, and inspects for damage. Only approved materials move to the installation phase.
What our procurement model means for your project
Tier-1 only, every time
We never compromise on component quality to win on price. Every item we supply is selected for its performance record, warranty strength, and long-term bankability.
Better pricing than spot market
Long-term framework agreements give us access to pricing and stock availability that individual project buyers simply cannot replicate on the open market.
Supply chain resilience
Preferred-partner status means we maintain priority allocation when supply tightens — protecting your schedule when markets are constrained.
One contract, all components
You deal with Eturn, not a dozen suppliers. We carry the warranty, the logistics risk, and the coordination responsibility under a single EPC contract.
