Installing 11,724 solar panels on this greenhouse in Venlo meant swapping the entire deck system. We replaced the old roof with a specialized integrated deck that holds the panels directly. It is a smart way to use the existing footprint for power generation without needing extra support structures.
The new setup provides 5.5 MWp of capacity. By building the solar technology right into the greenhouse structure, the owner gets a dual-purpose roof that produces clean energy while protecting the crops below. It is a straightforward, space-efficient solution for large-scale power needs.
