Warmenhuizen Solar Farm

Building the Warmenhuizen Solar Farm involved a smart technical solution to maximize the existing grid connection. By using cable pooling, we linked the new 3 MWp solar array directly to the same grid point used by nearby wind turbines. This approach allows for a more consistent energy flow without needing expensive new infrastructure.

We installed 4,312 units across the site to reach the full capacity. It’s a practical setup that makes better use of the local Warmenhuizen landscape, turning available space into a reliable source of clean power for the Dutch grid.
