Fast Charging Station Solar Carport

Building a solar carport at Bijleveld A12 meant turning an open parking area into a source of clean energy. We installed 80 units to create a functional charging station for drivers on the go.

The setup provides a power capacity of 16 kWp, making the most of the space above the parked cars. It is a straightforward solution that provides shade and weather protection while generating electricity right where vehicles need to plug in. This project shows how existing infrastructure can be put to better use without needing extra land.
